About us

Three disciplines.
One purpose.

KREAR was born from a concrete question: why do companies keep losing knowledge when they already have everything they need to keep it? The answer wasn't technological or pedagogical — it was both at once. That's why there are three of us.

01 Why we exist

Your company's knowledge shouldn't depend on three people who could quit tomorrow.

Most companies already have what they need to train their team. The problem is that this knowledge is scattered: in Word manuals no one updates, in Drive folders no one can find, in the heads of those who've been there longest.

KREAR exists to change that. We take what you already have and turn it into a learning system of your own — structured, measurable and verifiable.

Vision

That every organization has the ability to document, transmit and verify what it knows — no matter where it operates or how much it grows.

Without depending on generic platforms or expensive consultancies that don't know their business.

02 The team

We're not an LMS with salespeople. We're the ones who do the work.

The combination of corporate pedagogy, software engineering and experience design is no accident. It's exactly what a training system needs to actually work.

03 How we work

Three principles we don't compromise on.

They're not words on a wall. They're the decisions we make every time we design a program.

01

What already exists matters.

We don't discard what the company built. Its documents, its processes, its accumulated know-how — all of that is the starting point, not the problem to solve.

02

No results, no training.

A course with no evidence of learning is just one more file in Drive. We measure every employee's progress so that what we do matters — and can be proven.

03

Design isn't decoration.

A poor learning experience leads to drop-off. Design is there to help people finish what they start — not to make the course look pretty in a demo.
